One first-party browser-storage entry is used solely to remember that you have acknowledged the privacy notice. This prevents the same notice from appearing on every page. It is considered technically necessary for the requested preference and is never used to identify or track you.

Hosting & server logs

When a website is requested, its hosting infrastructure may process technical connection data such as your IP address, request time, requested file, referrer, browser type and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose technical faults.

The legal basis is the legitimate interest in securely and reliably providing this portfolio. Log retention is determined by the active hosting provider and should be limited to what is operationally necessary.

The site itself contains no account system or user profiling. Its project and contact form runs entirely in your browser: answers are not transmitted to or stored by the website. Choosing “Open email draft” hands the prepared text to your own email application, where you decide whether to send it.

Fonts, media & external links

Locally hosted assets

Fonts, portfolio images, videos, scripts and stylesheets are served locally with this website. Visiting a page therefore does not contact Google Fonts, analytics providers or advertising networks.

Sketchfab interactive models

The Midna, Bob, Nacktmull Asset and Twinkie Demon portfolio projects offer optional interactive 3D models hosted by Sketchfab. A Sketchfab embed is not loaded automatically. Sketchfab is contacted only after you select a 3D media item and then choose “Load 3D model.” Loading it may transmit technical connection data such as your IP address, browser information and referrer to Sketchfab, and Sketchfab may use its own storage technologies under its privacy terms.

External destinations

The portfolio also links to services such as ArtStation, LinkedIn, Instagram, Bluesky, YouTube, Twitch and Itch.io. Apart from the optional Sketchfab models described above, these services are not embedded and are contacted only after you choose to follow a link. Their own privacy terms apply once you leave this site.

Email contact

The project/contact form processes the fields you enter only in the current page and does not save them to browser storage or send them to a server. If you choose to open and send the prepared email, the information you provide is processed to answer your message and, where relevant, to discuss or perform a project. The sent message is retained only as long as required for that purpose or for applicable legal obligations.

Your data-protection rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may request:

• access to personal data held about you;
• correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• deletion or restriction of processing;
• data portability where applicable;
• objection to processing based on legitimate interests; and
• withdrawal of consent for future processing where consent was used.
